ER’s Training model • Assessment Manager is designed for use at various levels: • School administrators can be fully trained in 2-3 hours • Educators can be ‘up and running’ within an hour • We train administrator(s) of schools in a district. • They in turn train the educators ‘in house’ at a reduced level of complexity. • Educators do not sacrifice teaching time for training. 8
