1. Understanding and Maxing out Primerica’s Compensation System
2. My Audience I am primarily addressing only those who want to earn $500,000+ in the next 2-5 years, 7-10 years max.
Those who want to do it BIG and FAST!
Those who want to be in the top 1% of income earners in our society!
If you don’t see yourself as a 1%er, that’s ok, this will help you too.
3. An Undeniable Truth All good things go to those who build a big Baseshop and build strong First Generation RVP’s
4. RVP (95%) Baseshop Overriding Direct Divisions (60%) at 70% QBI
5. RVP & SVP Builders’ Bonuses
6. SVP Compensation (3 RVP’s)
7. Simply put! When you build a $30,000 Baseshop and build just 3 1st generation RVP”s who do the same, you earn $41,685 a month not including SMART, Home, Good loans, Securities, P&C, LTC, Legal protection which should be another $15,000 - $20,000 a month easy which is around $55,000 - $70,000 a month income!
8. $30,000 Base (10 x 8531) And a $30,000 BASESHOP is only 10 directs doing 8 presentations, 5 FNA’s, 3 transactions and 1 recruit a month!
Or 5 directs doing 8-5-3-1 twice a month! Which is only 4 presentations a week!
Totally doable for you! But it doesn't mean you will. That's up to you!
How many people need extra income?
9. SVP 2nd Gen Comp (3RVP’s)
10. SVP 1st Gen Comp (3 RVP’s)
11. This is a Base &1st Gen business More important than when, is how you go RVP!
Small production numbers never equal big income numbers. GO BIG!
A good rule of thumb is to dominate at your state level and be top 10 nationally before taking your next promotion.
Big Districts become big Divisions and big Divisions become big Regional's and so on
Low standards never equal Big income!
12. How vs. When Whether you are earning $4,000 a month or $20,00 a month your first year as an RVP has to do with how you go RVP
What is your average monthly production the last 4 - 6 months outside of your replacement. That’s what you can count on! Not in your best month, what was your worst? (define a built baseshop)
Width is your profitability, depth is security.
13. What is a RVP? A Builder! Doing it is at least 8531 monthly, agree?
So a Rep is 1 person doing it
A District would be 2 or 3 doing it right?
A Division would be 4 - 6 doing it eh?
A Regional leader would have 7 - 15, wouldn’t they?
How many should a RVP have?
At PFS you promote you, thru Growth!
14. Earned Promotions A promotion is a trade with your RVP, you earn a larger contract because you have built more production and distribution. You earn a higher contract because you've built more producers!
A smaller override on bigger production is A ok & the objective.
Small overrides on small production is a recipe for frustration and disappointment.
With every promotion you take, your productivity must go and stay up, otherwise you have not built your business nor earned the promotion. (i.e. doing it in one month)
15. This is a reproduction business You can’t go out small an expect people to go out big can you?
Go RVP strong! Only once.
You’ll talk about forever!
You must “prove” you can “win” at PFS before your people will “believe in” and “follow you”. ~ Art Williams
An intangible is the confidence or doubt that comes from going RVP big or small.
16. Get Big will you! You can’t build successful RVP’s out of a $10K-$20K baseshop.
It takes a $50K base to build a hierarchy!
You reproduce not what you want, but what you are!
We do not promote to motivate people, PFS promotes motivated people!
It’s not being a RVP, its being a $30K+ RVP! Not a Title, It’s PRODUCTIVITY!
17. The greater danger is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, it is that our aim is too low and we achieve it!
