  6. Agronomy SetupItem Types • All items are SERVICES • Unless they have a source file record • FERTILIZER • Or it is in a specified Fine Line or Dept. Range • CHEMICAL • This overrides all other deciding factors • CHEMICALS with “GAL” unit of measure are considered LIQUID in ALL interface I/O

  15. Inventory Blends • Useful for Common Blends • Can Roll-up into a Single Blended Item • Work Just Like Formula After Created • Makes Blending with Fillers Easier

  16. Blends from History • Create New Blend From History • Edit Existing Blends • Enter Customer Number to Enable Options • Considerations * • Blend may have been changed already • Other PCs may not get the new blend details • Dispatch always works with “live” data

Blend Dispatch • Select One or More Blends to be Dispatched • Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click to Select Multiple • Right-Click one of the Selected Blends • Click “Schedule” • Select Location to Fill via Pop-Up Window • Click “Save” Button to Send Orders to Blender • Refresh to See Current Data • * Unschedule, Delete, & Mark Blended Same

Best Practices • Restrict Access on the PCs • The internet is a great place to waste time • The internet is a great way to get a virus • Restrict Access to the Program Settings • Allows password protection • Allowing setting changes may increase loss risk • Provide Adequate Training • Not all useful features are apparent
