  2. Reporting: Why? • Demonstrate value for the program and money spent • Federal and State reporting requirements • DCA monitoring and data integrity NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  3. Reporting: What? Quarterly Expenditures and Progress Report • Reporting at the Grant level • Financials: money used or obligated • Contracts and subcontracts • Narrative of project status, achievement, and any problems • Accomplishment summary NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  4. Reporting: What? Project Accomplishment Report • Report at the project level by budget activity • Report any time you: • Acquire property or housing unit • Receive Leverage (not NSP funds) • Comments: Any other useful information NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  5. Reporting: What? Project Completion Report • Household characteristics (people) • Financing information • Building information • NSP Activity NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  6. Reporting: What? Disposition Worksheet • Shows purchase and resale regulations are being followed • DCA advises filling this out as you go NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  7. Reporting: When? Expenditures and Progress Report • Four times a year, covering three-month periods • March – May (due June 30) • June – August (due September 30) • September - November (due December 31) • December – February (due March 31) • Reports are due 30 days after the reporting period is finished NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  8. Reporting: When? Project Accomplishment Report • Report as accomplishments occur. • They do not have to be tied to a specific report • Make sure that all accomplishments for a reporting period have been entered when you submit the quarterly report NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  9. Reporting: When? Project Completion Report • Report due 15 days after project is complete (final draw has been made and unit is occupied) • Make sure Disposition Worksheet has also been completed NSP Accomplishment Reporting

  10. Web Reporting System • Use the signup sheets available to request a login to the system • Please be sure that DCA has a current email address on file in case we need to contact you NSP Accomplishment Reporting
