Instant Dhokla with Chutney recipe in Hindi - Instant Dhokla with Chutney,InstantDhokla with Chutney kividhi - VeenaDaswani | BetterButter.in • Instant Dhokla with Chutney बनानेकीविधि ( Instant Dhokla with Chutney Recipe Banane Ki Vidhi Hindi Me ) • In a bowl, take besan, rawa, curd, chilli ginger paste, salt, haldi and mix well by adding water. Thus forming a medium consistency batter, without any lumps. • Keep it aside. • Meanwhile, keep the steamer on the gas stove and add 2-3 cups of water. • Grease a thali. • When water is to boil, add eno fruit salt to the batter and mix slightly for few seconds and pour immediately in the thali and steam it for 12-15 minutes by covering it with the lid. • Now, take 1/3rd cup Water, lime juice and sugar and boil. Keep it aside. • After the dhoklas are steamed, remove the thali from the steamer and allow to cool. • Cut the dhoklas diagonally into pieces. • Spead the sugar-lemon-water mixture with the spoon all over the dhoklas. • For tempering, heat oil and add mustard seeds, hing, sesame seeds, green chillies and lastly curry leaves.
