It helps everyone to become comfortable and express their concerns freely in a safe environment. Offer support when you can. Sometimes all one needs is someone to listen or help gain a different perspective.

  3. Kindness is Infectious Like laughter, kindness is also infectious. This means, if one person at the workplace display kindness towards another, it is very likely that others will follow. Ask a simple "how are you doing?" It has the power to create ripples.

  4. Kindness Brings Positivity Happiness follows kindness and hence results in creating a positive work culture. A positive work culture boosts confidence, creativity, and productivity. Be empathetic and trust the process. Everyone has different styles of working and delivering. Keep an open mind!
