  6. Process Consultation • Improves team’s effectiveness • Mirror team interaction • Remind Ground Rules • May use Sociograms • Promotes goal oriented interaction

  7. Meeting Facilitation • Clarify reasons for meeting • Assure attendance • Promote fixed agenda • Organize time for agenda items • Document decisions and future needs
