June 2010 Annual Interruption Invitation • Retaining Zone definition used in 2009 process • Interruptible Capacity Requirements in 2 out of 11 Zones • Wales South LDZ - Gilwern (GT5102004) • South West LDZ - Northern (GT5103001) • Indicative Interruptible Capacity Requirements • 6 Years (2012/13 to 2017/18) • 5 year ‘standard’ requirement in both Zones (2013/14 to 2017/18) • Ad-hoc element for 2012/13 • Requirements to be finalised in Annual Invitation issued on 7th May 2010

Process and Timescales • Process • Existing UK Link functionality • Timescales / Key Dates • Provisional Eligibility files issued to Shippers / Transporters 8th April 2010 • Annual Invitation to be issued 7th May 2010 • Publication of Requirements & eligible supply point locations • Annual Invitation Dates (10 consecutive Days) • Monday 7th June 2010 to Friday 18th June 2010 • Results and Reports to be issued no later than 30th July 2010
