Administrative TeamPurpose and Mission As a united team, we are recognized as the administrative core of Internet2 and respected for our contributions within the organization and across the extended Internet2 community. Our mission is: Trust each other and communicate openly, honestly and timely. Proactively provide support to one another. Encourage professional development of the team and individuals. Streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiencies and job performance. Proactively provide administrative services throughout the organization .

  3. Team’s Accomplishments •  Met bi-weekly since December, 2001 • Devised and executed an improvement plan which includes multiple administrative tasks, practices and procedures • United as a team, providing backup and assistance to one another • Initiated cross-functional sharing of best practices, schedules, and information • Developed support network and enhanced cross-departmental communication • June 10-11, 2002 - Participated in professional development seminar and team-building exercises.
