2. Beyond the Boardroom has a range of excellent team building options in Australia. In 2005 we ran our first Survivor program - Survivor Kangaroo Island for Flight Centre.

3. Based on the Hit TV show, the activity involves the group breaking into tribes and then using the Outwit, Outlast, Outplay strategy to complete a series of challenges and activities and beat their fellow tribe.

4. Tribes are normally in groups of 6-12 people and get in the spirit with team bandannas, a tribe chant and more. During the activity teams search for the hidden immunity idol as they build shelters or build rafts, undertake puzzles and challenges and more. 8. Beyond the Boardroom have great Survivor Style programs out of Sydney and other NSW locations. Tribes compete, outlas, outwit and outplay each other as they strive to win Survivor Outback. Survivor NSW is tailored to meet your desired outcomes and in true survivor fashion you will be working as a team, laughing, learning and searching for immunity idols.

This is a dynamic fun filled half day activity, it is great for high performing teams and has a main emphasis on team work.

17. Beyond the Boardroom have a great Survivor activity on the spectacular Mornington Peninsula. A short drive from Melbourne will take you out into the wilderness where you will break into tribes and try to outwit, outplay and outlast each other.

18. Corporate Survivor is based loosely on the hit TV show - Survivor. Tribes compete in a series of activities and challenges as they search for immunity idols and test their survival skills.

22. Corporate Survivor in Brisbane is a great team building activity in Brisbane and can be operated in suitable parks and open spaces. The group will be put into tribes and will complete a series of challenges and activities.  Outwit, Outlast and Outplay is the theme - much like the hit TV show - Survivor.

23. Suitable for groups of 20 to 200 Survivor Brisbane is one of our favorite team building programs and is excellent for identifying leaders and developing trust and friendship as people connect through adventure.

27. Beyond the Boardroom has worked with Zoos SA and developed our exclusive program Survivor Monarto. Survivor Monarto is one of our unique location based activities in South Australia and Beyond the Boardroom has the exclusive use of Monarto Zoo, Australia's largest open plain zoo which is an African style zoo where the animals wander freely in the zoo grounds.

28. The Monarto Zoo has other on site team experiences including feeding various animal experiences and is located around 1 hour from Adelaide, near Murray Bridge South Australia. Survivor Monarto can start in Adelaide or in the Riverland region, Beyond the Boardroom is able to provide transport and catering as required.

29. Survivor Monarto generally operates for over half a day from Adelaide including travel time and the team challenges are based from a purpose built "Survivor" area with tribal council, shelter and more.

30. The activity format is generally as follows: .Arrive at Monarto Zoo .Have lunch in the visitor centre .Take a 1hour coach tour through the zoo grounds to see the wildlife with a zoo guide .A 2-3 hour team building Survivor Style activity in the zoo grounds .Presentation for the winning teams

31. The group is separated into tribes, and complete a range of challenges and puzzles in both a round robin and team versus team format.   The team building activities are aimed to building trust, improve communication, to identify leadership, to promote collaboration and more.

32. Activities are all team based getting the group out of their comfort zone and working together to achieve a common goal. Survivor Monarto is one of our most favourite programs, it is exciting, has great variety with the wildlife on site and the backdrop is amazing.

33. Survivor Kangaroo Island, South Australia

34. Survivor Kangaroo Island is one of our best activities. Kangaroo Island is located around 3 hours from Adelaide by bus / ferry or is a short 40 minute flight away.

35. Survivor Kangaroo Island is generally incorporated in a 2 day Kangaroo Island program which includes a Survivor experience near Australia's best beach, Kangaroo Island as well as time spent sightseeing and exploring the world class locations Kangaroo Island has to offer.

36. Beyond the Boardroom has options for conferencing and accommodation on Kangaroo Island as well as a host of other adventure activities which are available including quad bike tours, hiking, swimming with dolphins and more.

37. Beyond the Boardroom have years of experience operating on Kangaroo Island, owner Luke Talbot-Male owned and operated a tour company on the island for 8 years as well as accommodation, a restaurant and backpacker hostel.

38. Beyond the Boardroom has run numerous events on the island including large Survivor programs for Flight Centre, the Port Power Eco Challenge for the Port Adelaide AFL club and more. Survivor Kangaroo Island has team based challenges where tribes compete against each other to be the sole surviving tribe on Kangaroo Island.  Activities include raft building and other team challenges.

Like our other team based programs, Survivor Kangaroo Island has challenges based on the 5 dysfunctions of a team so it is not only fun but also educates the participants on what makes a successful team, how they could improve their team work and more.
