Uipath Orchestration UiPath is a tool for robotic process automation, used mainly for Windows Desktop Automation. This tool provides a lifetime free Group Version and functions on the Drag and Drop interface. It provides a range of products to suit our needs including UiPath Enterprise Platform, UiPath Lab, UiPath Robots and UiPath Orchestrator. Then let's understand now what an orchestrator is. What is Orchestrator? Orchestrator is an UiPath product which allows you to orchestrate the UiPath robots in the continuous execution of repetitive processes on different platforms. Orchestrator follows the procedure below. UiPath Orchestrator Process You must build robots to carry out the mission first. You then need to create and publish a Project, so that you can use it as a process. You need to appoint a robot to perform this procedure in a particular environment until you create a method, and this will generate a Job. So in order to get your orchestrator to perform all of the above actions, you must first login to the orchestrator. Let us look at things the same way. Uipath Orchestrator Login To log in to UiPath Orchestrator, you must first register, i.e. become a tenant, follow the steps below: Step 1: Go to https:/platform.uipath.com/ then select the "To become a tenant" option below.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the Registration page as soon as you click on the option. The Tenant Name, Username, Name, Surname, Email Address, Admin Password and Confirm Password are all mentioned here. Then consent to the terms and conditions and click Create the Tenant. Refer to the below snapshot. Step 3: Go back to the Login Username a Tenant. Then click on must log in to this Page and mention your Password until you become Login. Your orchestrator stage. and Once you have logged in to your Orchestrator account, you can see the dashboard. This dashboard consists of different choices for building and understanding the procedures, queues, devices, jobs etc. Now, having told you how to login to the orchestrator of UiPath, let me show you next how to set up robots, operation, environment and jobs.
How to build machines, systems, ecosystems and jobs? To understand the functionality of Orchestrator let us find a sample project of requesting information from a user and displaying those details in a Message Box. I'll show you how to create this process of automation, further in the section Procedure. But let me first show you how to add a Machine before that, and then we'll create a Robot. How to create an Orchestrate Machine? To create a machine, go to the tab of machines and click on the option "+." Clicking on the Plus option will give you the following options: ●A Standalone Machine creation option. ●Choice of building Model Floating Device. A Close Choice As per your needs, you can choose to create any of the two options above. I will build a Standalone Computer here. You'll need to specify the machine name to add your machine. Now, to know the name of your machine, go to My Computer's Properties and the machine name will be your computer name. Tap Provision then to add your screen. Attach a Machine After attaching your Machine to Orchestrator, the next step is to create Robots. Next let's look into how to create robots in this article. How to Orchestrate Robots? To create robots, go to the tab Robots and click the option "+." Clicking on the Plus option will give you the following three options. ●A Standalone Robot creation option. ●This robot will only function on a standard single machine. ●A Floating Robot alternative. This robot functions on any machine A Close Choice You can choose to create robots of any type, as required. I will create a Standalone Robot here. So, once you've selected the option to build a standalone robot, you'll need to specify the system email, email, domain name, password, form and description of your choosing. Then click the Create button.
The Curriculum Using UiPath, Robot process automation training Instructor-led ProjectSessionsProgressive Lifetime Access NOTE: You can go to the Prompt command to know the domain name, and type the "whoami" command. See below for details. Sample Robot-UiPath- This creates your Robot. The next step is to have Robot UI enabled. Since Robot UI is not enabled by default, this must be enabled. You need to go to the directory in which UiPath has been installed to enable the UI Robot. Then double-click the Robot UI. The above move allows for the Robot UI. Now turning the robot on is the next move. You have to right-click on the Robot UI icon to activate your device, and then go to Settings. Mention the Orchestrator URL and the System Key in UI Robot Settings. Then click Sign in. This will turn your Robot UI on. Turn on Robot-UiPath- If you want to test whether or not your Robot is available, you can go to https:/platform.uipath.com/robots to see the available status. See below for details. Test Robot Operating Status-UiPath- NOTE: Default UI Robot not enabled. You will need to go to the directory where UiPath has been installed to enable the UI Robot. Then double-click the Robot UI. Now that your Robot is available, creating an environment is the next step. How to create an Orchestrator Environment? Go to the Environments Tab to create robots, and click the "+" option. Clicking on the Plus option will show you the following dialog box to create an Environment. Mention the definition and name as below, and then press Build. Once you have clicked on Create, you will see another dialog box where you will have to select the robot to perform tasks in the environment created. Then click Refresh.
Manage environment-UiPath orchestrate- This will create the environment you live in. Now that you've created an environment, creating a process is the next step. How to create an Orchestrate Process? You must first create a project in the UiPath Studio and then publish it to create a Process in Orchestrator. In order to do this, let us consider a project in which we ask the user for information and then show the details in a message box. For the series refer to below. Sample Sequence-UiPath- NOTE: When saving your project, remember to save it at the beginning of 0s as Orchestrator does not list all published projects. So, to ensure that your project is mentioned in the orchestrator, give the name of your project starting with 0s and finishing with a name. Now, after saving your project, publish your project, by selecting the Publish option in the Ribbon Tab. This will have your project published to the orchestra. The next step is to create a System once your project is written. Go to the Process Tab and click on the "+" option to create a Process. When you click the Plus option, the following dialog box will appear to create a Process. Please state the following: ●Package Name(Your published name for the project) ●Box Variant ●Environment(Ambient you built above) Description Once all those details are mentioned, click Create to create a process. See below for details. Process-UiPath Orchestra- The phase above establishes a method. Now, the next step is to create a job to execute your task once your method has been created. How to create orchestrated Jobs? You must click on the Play button to create a Job in Orchestrator. Then you have to note the method you want to schedule a job for and choose the robot to do the work. Then press the Start button.
Test Job-UiPath- When you have clicked on Start, automatically execute your Job. I have to mention the entry in the dialog box here, and you will see the input mentioned in the message box as the output. Conclusion I hope you reach to a conclusion about Ui Path orchestration.
