Secondary Food Provision Falkirk High Schools Maintaining the honeymoon feeling • All 8 of Falkirk High Schools have now been rebuilt within the last 10 years • 2008 – 2009 saw completion of St Mungo’s, Grangemouth, Denny and Falkirk High • With these new builds came bright social dining areas and designated outside food areas.

  6. Sales Stats • Data Aug 2009 – March 2010 • 2,050 MD1 Hot snack, fruit pot & drink • 24,432 MD2 Panini & drink • 4,490 MD3 Baguette & drink • Panini remains our top seller across all 4 High Schools • Order Cost range £1.67 - £1.80

  7. And the future ahead? • Well folks as in any relationship, there is a tendency to get complacent, we get used to doing the same thing • our equipment starts to look a little worn • …So a little shake up of menu products and meal packaging is on the cards both at servery and pre order points. Lets hope we can extend the honeymoon period.
