11. Transfer of Innovation Practical information • Duration: maximum 2 years • At least 3 partners from 3 different countries; more is better • Funding: max. 100.000 € pr. year (max. 75%) in Denmark. Up to 150.000 pr. year in EU • Application to NA of coordinator’s country

12. Transfer of Innovation • Focus on the identification of innovative solutions for adaptation and implementation in some target countries and/or sectors • Adaptation of innovative content developed in previous projects (e.g. Leo Pilot projects) • Integration of knowledge and results from previous projects on VET

13. Transfer of Innovation Find it: • Definethe target group; analyse, identify and prepare the needs • Select and evaluate the innovative elements to meet requirements • Analyse possibilities to transfer the results

14. Transfer of innovation Adapt innovative results: • Transfer results to new target groups, new sectors and/or new sociocultural and linguistic contexts • Adapt for VET and potential users’ needs and culture (e.g. upgrade and further develop the product, translations, etc.)

Partnerships Practical information: • Each partner apply in their own country (NA) • Duration: maximum 2 years • At least 3 partners from 3 different countries; more is better • Grants for travel, subsistence and operating costs • Grants are given as ’lump sum’ between 7.000 and 25.000 euro (in DK) for number of mobilities

20. Leonardo Mobility – Placements and Exchances • Apply nationally (National Agency) • On the Commission’s application form • The placements or the Exchances must be Vocational • At least two countries involved • Maximum duration for the project is two years

21. European Objectives • To improve the quality and to increase the volume of mobility throughout Europe. • To improve the quality and to increase the volume of co-operations between institutions or organisations providing learning opportunities, enterprises, social partners and other relevant bodies throughout Europe. • Improve the transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences. • Encourage the learning of modern foreign languages.

22. Quality criteria and priorities European criteria • Clear desciption of objectives, needs, content and duration of the training period abroad • The placement is an integrated part of the vocational training course • Individual, linguistic and cultural preparation • Validation of acquired competences (Europass)

23. Who can apply? • Institutions or organisations providing learning opportunities in the field of vocational education and training. • Associations and organisations of VET, including trainees’-, parents’- and teachers’ associations. • Enterprises, social partners and other stakeholders of working life. • Organisations providing guidance and counselling. • Individuals can not apply.

24. 1. Target group IVT Initial Vocational Training Students and apprentices undergoing: • Vocational education • Healthcare education • Agricultural education • Accompanying persons (only possible for young people or students with special needs) • The mobility must be vocational, either in a school or work placement • Duration from 3 to 39 weeks

25. 2. Target group PLM People in the Labour Marked • All people in the labour market, employed and unemployed. • Must be a work placement or in a vocational institution. • Duration from 3 to 39 weeks

Target group VETPRO Professionals in Vocational Educational and Training • Work placements in enterprices • Stays in vocational schools and guidance centers • Job shadowing • Stays in organisations • The purpose is supplementary training and knowledge exchance • Duration from 1 to 6 weeks • VETPRO is not for study visits, preparatory visits or visiting lecturers
