Organisation • Qu'est-ce-qui nous faut par administration ? • Gestionnaire en sécurité • Responsable fonctionnel • Helpdesk • Pour régions / communautés : protocole d'accord est conclu • Ensuite, chaque administration signe une licence d'utilisation • Enfin, les utilisateurs reçoivent leur token du gestionnaire en sécurité.

Organisation • Gestionnaire en sécurité • Peut nommer des gestionnaires en sécurité délégués • Prend soin de la distribution des tokens et de la gestion des données “en bon père de famille” (plan de sécurité) • Responsable fonctionnel • En paire avec chaque gestionnaire en sécurité • Fait partie de l'administration concernée • Donne de l'aide pratique “in the field” • Helpdesk
