  2. What is Land Pollution? Land Pollution is the degradation of Earth's land surfaces often caused by human activities and their misuse of land resources. It occurs when waste is not disposed properly. Urbanization, the growth of rural lands into urban areas and industrialization that results in the formation of an industrial society are regarded as the two main causes of land pollution. Health hazard disposal of urban and industrial wastes, exploitation of minerals, and improper use of soil by inadequate agricultural practices are a few factors.

  5. Possible Solutions Proper Waste Disposal Recycling Reuse Materials • Reduce the use of non-biodegradable materials

  6. Reflection • People should learn the proper waste disposal. • Reduce, Reuse and Recycle materials to maximize waste disposal. • Reduce the use of non-biodegradable materials and promote the process of recycling. • People should know how to plant more trees due to loss of forests.
