What if the physical vaccine inventory does not match NCIR inventory?
Time to take a closer look! If vaccine is in physical inventory but not in the NCIR • Run a transaction report • Was vaccine error corrected instead of reported as expired? • Check to see if all transfers have been accepted • Verify the correct lot # was selected for vaccines administered
If vaccine is in the NCIR but is not in your physical inventory • Run a transaction report • Was vaccine entered as historical instead of live? • Call the NCIR helpdesk to remove expired state supplied vaccine
If you are still unable to resolve the issue call the NCIR helpdesk at 1-877-USE-NCIR
