Gore, Esq Fort Lauderdale, USA “The current and proposed cruise passenger rights legislation ” “ Mediation enforcement procedures in UNWTO draft.” 24th Worldwide Conference 23 October 2013 to 26thOctober 2013 Charles University of Prague, Czech Republic "Travel and Tourism Law - new challenges, new legislation“ The UNWTO draft for an international convention for the protection of tourists and tourist service providers, EU proposals for a new Package Travel Directive and a new Air Passenger Rights Regulation, a new travel law in China ... all around the world we can find legislative initiatives in order to keep up with the new challenges travel and tourism is facing these days. The various legislative initiatives are worthwhile to be discussed in true IFTTA style at an IFTTA conference which marks the 30th anniversary of IFTTA and will be hosted by the Charles University in Prague.
