Zzzzz • Why is sleep so important for us? • Each person needs a certain amount of rest and sleep to remain healthy. • Through our waking moments our nerve cells are constantly active and become more or less fatigued. Sleep gives the body cells an chance of ridding themselves of waste and of repairing themselves, in fact most growth happens when your asleep. • Every person needs at least 8 hours of sleep to have a full efficient day after. 3. Every Person that wants to live an healthy life should exercise frequently. Its important because If you don't use your body, you will surely lose it. Your muscles will become flabby and weak. Your heart and lungs won't function efficiently And your joints will be stiff and easily injured. exercising
