  2. DEFINICIÓN Es la atención y cuidados básicos, inmediatos y provisionales que se le presta a un lesionado, en el lugar del accidente antes de ser trasladado a un centro asistencial, utilizando los medios y materiales que se dispongan en ese momento.

  3. OBJETIVOS • Preservar la vida del lesionado, mejorando sus condiciones. • Brindar confianza, seguridad y confort al lesionado. • Impedir complicaciones en las lesiones. • Identificar los signos y síntomas que presenta el lesionado. • Favorecer la recuperación del lesionado.
