Lodestar: Statement and Invoices Update Statements • Statements options provided to COPs at August 14th meeting • Comments provided by MPs • ERCOT incorporated COPS comments into statement format • Sent to COPs chair to distribute on August 27th, 2007 • Review Statements format and approve at September COPs meeting • Provide final statement format to TPTF at late September meeting Invoices • Wireframe formats review starting at COPs in September. • Will ask COPs for email approval to move forward rapidly. • Plan to bring final invoice layouts to TPTF in October/November Texas Nodal

Lodestar: Development Update • Detailed Design on task • Final Draft 1 complete, and being reviewed by business • TPTF members should sign NDA if they desire to review • Lodestar version 4.7 Update • Obtained patch fixes for outstanding defects on August 21st and scheduled for second drop on August 28th • Will work on schedule for enhancements once all defects resolved to ERCOT satisfaction • Lodestar/Oracle Executive Mgmt engaged • Build and Unit testing in progress • Significant coding has been completed • Initial testing configuration discussions underway (“how to run batch”) Texas Nodal

CMM: Base Product and customization update • Base product FAT regression testing started on schedule August 6th 2007 • Corrected 12 of 19 defects • Opened 6 new items • CMM Patch 11 arrived at ERCOT on August 27th 2007 on schedule • Expected to address all outstanding defects • Expectation to complete testing by end of August • Detailed design scheduled to be complete by Sept 2007 • “Critical Path” customization scheduled to complete pre-FAT in Sept 2007 slightly behind schedule (will not effect program) Texas Nodal

Commercial Systems Integration Update • Completed assessment of outstanding follow-ups on August 27th for ABB from COMS/CSI and have delivered to MMS/ABB (included whitepapers, NPRRs, etc) • Completed set up of development environment and Database on August 17th. • Continuing to work on architecture (control tables, framework, and BPM layer) – scheduled into Sept • Completed development of 8 “easy” bill determinants from MMS • Minor data transformation • Simple data structure and validation • Shifted gears slightly to work on SCED/SCADA level data from EMS/MMS for complex bill determinants • Address volume and performance concerns • Capability to leverage for MIS reports for EDS 3 (11/1 start date) • Address long pole in development cycle Texas Nodal
