  2. We are a bird veterinary hospital. The bird vet hospital was started in 1982 By Bird Specialist Dr Pat who worked here for 34 years. The bird vet facility was approved in 2016 to train bird vet specialists for both Australia and America. We have fully qualified avian vets and Dr Michelle studying for bird specialist exams. The Bird Vet Hospital is located centrally in Burwood Victoria.- with ample parking onsite. The avian vet hospital is operated by avian veterinarians Dr Esther Yuen, Dr Philip Sacks and Dr Michelle Sutherland. We treat pet and aviary birds including parrots, budgerigars, cockatiels, chickens, pigeons, finches, turkeys, ducks etc.
