  4. what are the changes? • revised Governance and Guidance • revised Financial Regime • revised Speed Awareness Course • new RIDE Course • new Data System (DORS)

  5. how will this work? • forces agree to accept and adopt the national policy and procedure • ANDISP manages the National Models of course provision. • business support from ACPO RSS

  6. what do we hope to achieve? • forces adopt new courses on 1 April 2008 • 80% take up of course offers • 100% Force implementation of schemes by April 2009 • significant re-investment in road safety initiatives • demonstrable proof of an impact on casualty reduction
