They are multicellular ,aquatic organism. Presence of canal system. ostia – spongocoel – osculam. The body wall contain spicules. Reproduction – Both asexual and sexual method. Example : sponges. PORIFERA
COELENTERATA All animals are marine except Hydra. The body is radially symmetrical. The body wall contain two layers – Ectoderm and Endoderm. Inbetween ectoderm and endoderm , there is a mesoglea.
