  14. Did you know? • In the 2005 fall semester we: • Printed over 500,000 pages • Handled 12,000 issues at Information Services • Dealt with more than 9,000 issues at the Computing Desk • Helped more than 1,300 in the Digital Media Center • Configured more than 1,900 laptops
