Zeehan Mineral Field History • 1882 Frank Long discovered Silver-Lead at New Mt Zeehan Mine • 1883 to 1912 most major deposits discovered • Intense mining activity to 1912, many mines closed by 1914 • Production 1890 – 1919 262,883t of Silver-Lead ore • Tribute mining in old workings continued until 1960’s • Post WW2 minor production from New Montana-Zeehan Western until 1958 • and Oceana until 1960 • Tin-copper production from Oonah Mine (15-20,000t) 1897 - 1910 • Minor cassiterite noted at Queen Hill 1937 3

  4. Zeehan Mineral Field History Placer then Gippsland commenced Modern Exploration in the mid 1960’s Queen Hill Tin Deposits first Intersected in 1971. Aberfoyle – Gippsland JV saw intensive exploration until 1992. RL5/1997 acquired by Stellar Resources and commenced exploration in 2010 PFS completed July 2013. 4

Competent Persons Statement – Heemskirk Mining Inventory The information in this presentation that relates to Mining Inventory is based on information reviewed by Phil Bremner, who is a Fellow of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Bremner is an employee of Mining One Consultants Pty Ltd. Mr Bremner has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity which he is undertaking to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC code). Mr Bremner consents to the inclusion in the presentation of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears. Competent Persons Statement – Exploration The drill and exploration results reported herein, insofar as they relate to mineralisation, are based on information compiled by Mr R.K. Hazeldene who is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
