  4. Document Attachment Convenient new way to access documents • Attach any type of file to a record • Add, replace or detach by drag and drop to the Doc Attachments frame • Tool bar displays number of documents attached to the screen

Configurable Screens Reduce customizations with new Configurable screens • Admin can easily add fields to screens • Validation can be associated to fields • Place define fields and pop-up frames • Preview of modified screens available • Uses the same template logic implemented for Simplified Screens

  6. Inbox Messaging Send and display messages within QAD 2008 New Inbox for sending and receiving message within QAD 2008 Messages can contain links to Maintenance and Browse screens and launched directly Automatic user notification of inbox item Inbox displays the number of unread messages
