  2. Materials • Card • Scissors • Wooden sticks • Cotton thread • A small cardboard box • Glue • A hook or a magnet

  3. Steps 1.Cut two strips of the cardboard for the string to go over it. 2.Make two hole in the two cardboard sticks 3.Get the wooden sticks and put them threw the holes 4.Get the string out and rape it around the stick .

  4. More steps 5.Put it over the small stick get the hook or the magnet and put it on the end of the pace of string.

  5. Results My machine is a crane and it works by a pulley and string to get the object up and down. Wind the handle and turn it around and the string will go up or down. The hook at the end of the string is for the lode so it can go up onto the building.

  6. Conclusion: Yes our prediction was right and it had a pulley and the pulley had a hook to make the lode move.
