  2. This class is designed to further develop students algebraic and trigonometric skills in an effort to prepare them for the rigors of Pre-Calculus and beyond. Key topics include: equations and inequalities, graphs, polynomial and rational functions, inverse, exponential, and logarithmic functions, trigonometric functions and their applications, systems and matrices, and probability. Real-world applications will also be addressed and expanded. Course Description

  3. You are expected to be in your seats and prepared to start when the bell rings. • No food or gum in class. Water bottles are allowed. • You are to remain respectful towards others and be cooperative. Participate! • No electrical devices are to be used without permission. Cell phones are off and placed in boxes! • You are allowed 3 hall passes per semester. Use wisely… Classroom Rules

Be prepared to learn. • Take notes, complete assignments, and actively participate. • All work corrected & stamped daily, turned in on day of quiz/test! • You are responsible to find out work if absent. • Late work receives 60% credit up to turn in date. • May not make up work or tests due to truancy! • Seek help or tutoring when needed.
