  2. About CIF Chinmaya International Foundation, (CIF), a centre for Sanskrit research and Indology is • A hub of Indological, scriptural and Sanskrit language based research • A cross cultural forum for knowledge dissemination • The academic front of Chinmaya Mission Worldwide

  3. Vision of CIF • To keep the lamp of knowledge ever lit through research • To preserve the Indian philosophical knowledge- tradition and disseminate it • To unravel India’s lost knowledge-traditions by extensive research

  4. PROJECT CIF Established in 1990, Chinmaya International Foundation (CIF) is the last project undertaken by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji during His lifetime. The infrastructure is limited and the realisation of Gurudev’s vision is possible through accelerated investments on infrastructure. We seek to complete these enhancements by 2016, the birth centenary of Pujya Gurudev, and dedicate them unto Him. The constructions have already started from February 2009…..we beseech you to donate liberally.

  5. Project CIF Details Project Cost is INR 16 crores (USD 3.2 million) spread over an area of 160000 Square feet. Donation Schemes • Bhu Daana • Maha Daana

  6. Bhu Daana or Gift of Land You may donate the construction cost of one square foot or more of land at INR 1000/USD 20 per square foot.

  7. MahaDaana or Block Donation Within this are two options: • The total Construction cost has been broken into 1600 Blocks of INR 100000 (USD 2000) each The donating family’s name will be embossed on specified wall as a fond reminder of their support to this Project.

  11. Other Ways of Contribution • Tell a friend/ relative about Project CIF. • Chant/Listen Vishnu Sahasranama Stotra everyday and offer your prayers for Project CIF.   •  Chant/Listen Kanakadhara Stotra daily once and pray for the successful completion of the project.

  12. Lakshmi Narayana Yajna and Puja Special Lakshmi Narayana Yajna and Puja will be performed in the sacred precincts of Adi Sankara Nilayam, during the years 2010 to 2016. These Pujas will be conducted on Makara Sankranti (January 14) for invoking the grace and blessings of Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi on all donors for their spiritual and material prosperity.
