Formal Qualifications UKCC Level 2 Sliding Seat Rowing Fixed Seat Rowing Water Sports Instructors Content: Safety Risk Management Skill and Technique Development Immersion or Man Overboard Drill Planning Sessions Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. Cost: Approximately £350 30 Hours Contact Time 12 Hours mentored practice Final Independent Assessment

  5. Rowing Leader Content: Safety Leading sessions Basic rigging Risk management Skill Development Technique Development Cost: £120 Contact Time 16 Hours On going assessment during the course.
