  2. Case 1 박 O O (9/M) • C/C: Headache & Nausea, vomiting c Gait disturbance (D;2weeks) • P/H : Chronic Otitis media : medication했었음. • P/I: 상기 8세 환아는 내원 2주전부터 Headache & Dizziness 있어오다가, N/V수차례 발생하여 Local에서 Brain CT check후 Brain mass(cbll)발견하여 내원..

  3. Case 1 • N/E : Alert m/s GCS - 15 Pupil - iso. c LR(+/+) No specific motor weakness • * Higher cortical function : WNL * Cranial N exam : WNL * Cbll sign : dizziness(+) Mild gait disturbance(+) Otherwise N-S

  7. Case 1 Postop N/E : alert m/s GCS - E : spontaneous V : oriented M : obey Pupil - iso. c LR(+/+) No specific motor weakness\ Cbll. Sign ; dizziness(+) gait disturbance improved

  8. 원 O O (25 /M) Case 2 • C/C : Headache c vomiting,dizziness c Gait disturbance (Onset : 2003-10월경) • P/H : Op(+):01년 Lt ACL reconstruction d/t trauma.

Case 2 • P/I : 상기 25세 남자환자는 03년 4월 4일 Headache,blurred vision있어 본원 ER내원 하여 pineal region 에 mass detect하고 03년4월11일 NN- guided 3rd ventriculostomy & tumor Bx 시행후 Embryonal cell cancer 나와 HD에서 BEP chemotherpy시행. 이후 F/U MRI상 remnant mass 있어 2003년 8월 mass removal후 RT 시행한 환자로 RT시행 중 점차 상기의 증상 심해지는 소견 보여 Brain CT check후 recurred mass있어 내원.
