  5. Technical Update (1)XML Schema • The XML Schema (version 1.0) is expected to be released late next week. Usage and Implementation Information, and an Example will be provided with the Schema. • A change management process will be established to manage changes to the XML schema as the project moves through the testing phase. • An updated XML schema (if required) will be published monthly on the SIF site. • The support process regarding use and implementation of the XML Schema will be as follows: • Any query/defect or issue to be emailed to securitisations@rba.gov.au • Please include in the subject line of the email “XML Schema Related Item – ” • Please include as much detailed information re your query/defect or issue including any attachments or example scenarios you have • Please include key contact details re the request (Name, Role, Phone and Email) • RBA will respond in due course via email and if the issue is a defect or clarification detail applicable across industry it will be published on the SIF site and broadcast at next Technical Delivery Forum

  6. Technical Update (2)API Submission Process • API Submission Process – APIs for B2B Automated Submission • The implementation and detailed information is being finalised for publication. This is expected to be released mid August. • We can confirm and update it will be SOAP Version 1.2 based from a technology perspective.

Technical Update (3) Industry Testing • The overall objective of industry testing is to enable Industry to test the data submission and validation process to ensure RBA reporting requirements and data quality standards are met. • RBAhas developed a high level testing approach and is currently finalising the detailed end-to-end approach. Key highlights of the high level testing approach are: • A phased approach to Industry testing based on stable application and functionality. • Initial testing will require Industry to submit data files (actual or test) to RBA for use to facilitate shakedown testing. This is expected to occur in September. • RBA will grant access to test environment for participating IPs to submit data directly (either via web browser or B2B). • Testing will be controlled but consultative initially engaging a small number of Industry representatives. Wider engagement will occur as testing progresses. • Industry testing is not compulsory but recommended. • RBA will provide an update on the detailed testing approach & guidance in the next Technical Delivery Forum.

Q&A (cont.)Clarification Item: The Submission Process • From 31 December 2014 onwards, Information Providers will be required to submit a single XML file (no zip files) per deal, per month reporting period (i.e. monthly regardless of coupon payment frequency). This file must be successfully submitted to the Securitisation System within 7 days of the deal’s distribution date for the for the relevant reporting period or the monthly anniversary of the distribution date (i.e. the first submission is due in the period covering 31 December 2014 to 30 January 2015 regardless of whether a distribution or coupon payment occurs in this period not all initial reports will be due on 31 December 2014). Submissions that are rejected by the Securitisation System because of insufficient data quality will not satisfy the reporting requirement. Information Providers are also required to meet the reporting requirements to permitted public users within 7 days of the deal’s distribution date for the relevant reporting period orthe monthly anniversary of the distribution date.
