  2. Imagine this… A motivated buyer is driving around looking at homes, and finds a home that they’re dying to take a look at. They call the number on the sign… no answer.

  3. So what do they do? They take their iPhone, open Siri and say, “Siri, find me a real estate agent!”.

  4. It pulls up a Yelp search for “real estate agents”. They look at the top results, see your name, glance at the 5 star rating, and click on your number to call.

  5. This happens more than you think, and the best news is that it’s super simple to show up on Yelp.

  6. Even if you’re not convinced that you should care about Siri, you should care about your online reviews on sites like Yelp, Yahoo, Merchant Circle, Trulia and Zillow.

  7. Why? Because both online home buyers and sellers will check out your reviews and whatever else shows up in a google search of your name, before deciding to work with you. Just make sure they’re legitimate and paint an honest picture of you and your business, otherwise this can easily backfire on you.
