Day of Event • 8:30 am – 3:30pm volunteers build park • DJ’s from the Mountain and the Wolf will be there to cover the day • Food and entertainment will be provided • Kids will be there for the big reveal • Press and VIPs are invited to the event • Celebration at the end of the day for Windermere, guests and the Community partner organizations
How you can help support the event • Talk to your brokers about how your office can promote the event: • Post on facebook • This year we are doing more to help neighborhoods with a lot of kids, but not a lot of resources! Join us in Building Better Communities by helping us build a park in the High Point Neighborhood. Learn more about the project and donate to support the park at www.windermereandyou.org • Share radio, video and other media with your network • Use custom xpress email and postcards to connect with your clients • Help fundraise for the park • Show up! We can have up to 150 volunteers on the day of event. Please provide volunteers from your office.
