Preliminary results: Recent Projects • Most common arrangements: • Built on demand;few open seasons • Regular TPA • Most common problem: • Regulatory uncertainty • Insufficient economic return (expected) • Suggested solutions • Change of mindset by NRA (to achieve stable and fair regulatory framework) • Increased regulatory co-ordination • Specific NDI framework
