Open for Comment Review Process GAMA reviews government public consultation requests (FAA, EASA, EPA, etc.) and notifies members about issues of potential interest in order to receive feedback from industry Twice per month Open for Comment Distribution Process Changes Added Recent GAMA submitted comments and Link to all GAMA comments Added Regulatory Agency Final Publications and link to FAA and EASA website Will include TSOs Added Upcoming GAMA/Industry Meetings and link (if applicable) OFC memo will also include comment response template (similar to FAA template)

  3. Section I – Final GAMA Comments • Identifies and links to GAMA’s recent submitted comments to publicly available regulatory proposals • All GAMA comments are posted on the GAMA website • GAMA comments will be added to original committee memo (if applicable

  4. Final GAMA Comments Webpage Display

  5. Section II – Open for Comment • Identifies public consultations are currently open for comment • Red Text indicates comment deadline extension • Creates link to proposal description

  6. Section III – Final Publications • Includes all recent FAA and EASA final publications • First Notification includes all items published final in 2012 • As of last OFC • Will include TSOs

  7. Section IV – GAMA/Industry Meetings • Identifies upcoming GAMA and Industry meetings • Links will be provided for non GAMA meetings • GAMA meetings are restricted by membership
