Motivation Thepower consumption of chilled water system takes 40%~50% of all power consumption, but…… 假日 vs. 上課日 : 整天差571.5度 假日只比非假日省了6% 天冷 vs. 天熱 : 整天差 588 度 天冷時只比天熱時省了 6.78% 凌晨 vs. 正常時段 : 一小時平均差59度 凌晨時段只比有人時段省了14.17%
Motivation • In these cases, we observe that chilled water system makes a big waste and some people feel very cool. • We want to adjust the chilled water leaving temperature to save the energy and let everyone feeling comfortable.

Conclusion • Host_3 spends less electricity than host_1, host_2 →Increase its work time! • Adjusting the chilled water leaving temperature can decrease the cost of electricity. • The rotation rate of local pump may have a big influence on chiller system’s cost.
