Connie Consultant Dorothy Director • Sold $1,000 in PV last month & team sold $4,000 • As a Consultant Connie would make $250 in commission. • As a Senior Consultant Connie makes $250 in commission and $80 in overrides= $330 • Sold $1,000 in PV last month & team sold $4,000 • Dorothy makes $250 in commission and $30 in overrides on herself. She then gets $120 in overrides from her team. Dorothy makes $400. • When Dorothy meets her goals 3 months in a row, she gets a $1,000 promotion bonus!

  15. I began my Thirty-One career in February of 2010. By the end of 2010 I had a team of 34 and sold $43,302 worth that year. If I did not have a team, I would have only made $10,825. Instead I chose leadership and made $12,262!

  16. I finished the year 2011 with a team of 294. I sold $67,698 during from Jan-Dec. If I had no team, I would have made $16,924. Instead I chose leadership and made $76,187.

  17. I finished the year 2012 with a team of 568. I sold $52,715 from Jan-Dec. If I had no team, I would have made $13,178. Instead I chose leadership and made $182,936!

  18. That is an 83% pay raise from year 1 to 2 and a 58% pay raise from year 2 to 3. Who do you know that can give herself a raise like that year to year?

Post in the FB group. • Listen to the Archived 31 Minutes call “Develop the Leader in You” by Roseanne Wilson from the Personal Development section. Write down your 3 big AHA’s. Share! • Listen to the Archived 31 Minutes call “Why You Want to be a Director” by Loree Parkinson. • Allow yourself to dream. Share what being a Director will do for YOU with the group, your partner and me! Come up with a theme song for your business.
