  1. Tri-borough Safeguarding Adults Executive Board Outcomes Framework Outcomes 1. People are aware of safeguarding and know what to do if they have a concern or need for help Developing Best Practice 2. People are able to report abuse and are listened to Community Engagement Safeguarding Adults Board 3. Concerns abut harm or abuse are properly investigated and people can say what they want to happen 4. People feel and are safer as a result of safeguarding action being taken (but being safe on its own is not enough) Measuring Effectiveness 5. The wider well-being of people is maintained or enhanced as a result of safeguarding activity These five high-level outcomes have been proposed by ADSS Cymru and SSIA as part of A Safeguarding Adults Outcomes and Effectiveness Framework: http://www.ssiacymru.org.uk/home.php?page_id=7399 The framework is being road-tested by three authorities in Wales. Are these the right outcomes for tri-borough?
