Benefits for you and individual • It will enable you and your team member to celebrate progress, recognise achievement and strengths and encourage improvement. • Identifying solutions to help performance including learning needs and development opportunities. • It provides an opportunity to focus on future expectations and direction resulting in action.
PDP – what is it all about? • PDP is separate to objective setting process and Incentive Scheme • PDP is a 2 way conversation between a manager and an individual • At the end of the meeting you will agree an action plan to identify strengths and development areas • The review is the conversation and the outcome is the PDP, the document helps pull this information together.
