  2. Quaterback quar∙ter∙bak/;bak noun – an offensive football back who calls the signals and directs the offensive play of the team. ∙Drew Brees is the quaterback for the New Orlean’s Saints.

  3. Unique ■ unique/yu-nu-’po-lar adjective- being the only one of its kind. ■ I was unique in class today.

  4. Eye lens ■ Eye lens noun – the lens nearest the eye in an eyepiece ■ There is a part of glasses called the eye lens

  5. 2Cereal ■ 2cereal noun- a prepared foodstuff of gain. ■ Sometimes I eat cereal for breakfast.

  6. Head Sets ■Head sets/;set/noun- a pair of headphones ■ I can use a headset for music on my Ipod.

  7. Excitement ■Ex∙cite∙ment/iksīt-mant/noun- the act of exciting. ■ The excitement stopped when Mr. Marshall came in the cafateria.

  8. Zestful ■ Zestful/zest/noun- a quality of enhancing enjoyment ■ When I win a basketball game I am zestful.
