  3. Importance of EOY Data used by CDE and CSI for reporting and accountability purposes. Some measures calculated from this data include: • Graduation Rates • Dropout Rates • Mobility/Stability Rates

Remaining EOY Deadlines • August 30, 2019 - Initial Summary Review (Complete) • No signed certification due • Make necessary changes prior to this deadline • Last chance for schools to review ALL data and identify inaccuracies • Graduate records should be updated on or before this deadline (seniors graduating after summer school should be reported with an exit date the same as the graduating class) • November 1, 2019 - Final Summary Certification Due • Signed certification due • Extremely limited opportunity to update data

Next Steps… • If you have not found any inaccuracies, send us an email that your data is correct! • Send your email to submissions_csi@csi.state.co.us • If you found issues, identify the field(s) with inaccurate data. • If the field(s) are on the SD or SSA file, update the data in the applicable tab of your summary report (highlight changed cells please) and resubmit to CSI (or you can request that CSI make the corrections for you). • If the field(s) are on the ACC file, let CSI know and we can provide you the latest version to update (highlight changed cells please). • All corrected files should be returned to CSI by August 28, 2019 to ensure a signed copy can be returned by the deadline.
