Socrates • The Socrates-Erasmus Action encourages co-operation between universities across Europe and supports mobility of students and staff in higher education, the development of joint programmes, courses and the development of thematic networks. How we set up SWIPE • May - a 'suggestion' • Summer - conferring with existing partners networked with their partners –'right' mix • September - OM budget to visit and discuss with some partners • January to March - support within the Faculty and SHU to write the bid • August – outcome for October start Sheffield Hallam University - LTA Conference - 2006
