PROBLEM: NON VIBRANT CITY. Situation: Better economic situation than a lot of other european cities ( entreprises etc.) Situated in a nice landscape Potential of 47.000 Students etc. Huge Potential but it seemed to be a bit dull and boring to live there without diverse cultural life.

Our main goals: • Develop cultural offer / Creativity • Build an Image based on cultural offer • Regenerate urban landscape – create iconic spaces

PopUP Culture Innovative concept, work with citizen as co-creators, low budget 3. OPEN SPACES Urban iconic renovation Outcomes: Citybranding, Activating Creativity, Talents, new Business, Investments
