  14. Call to Action – Health Professionals All public health officials – including clinicians, nurses, researchers & programmers – be active and vocal supporters of key population programs in your district, in your country and in your region.

  15. Call to Action – Partners & Funders • Partners and funders engage meaningfully and fully with our communities • Countries should have formal key populations expert groups that engage community, partners, funders and government to plan and implement.

  16. Call to Action - Government • Government - at all levels - must fully engage and support key populations in all areas. • Encourage our efforts to be part of the solution to ending AIDS
