Instructions: • Think of two true things about you (the crazier the better!) and write them in your notebook. • Make up one thing about yourself (a lie) and add it somewhere in your list. • See if your table mates can figure out which is your truth, and which is your lie! • Example: • I once kayaked through a bioluminescent lagoon with a fish in my kayak. • I have been skydiving eight times. • I once hung out with the New Zealand All Blacks in Fiji. Truth [trooth]noun, plural truths • the true or actual state of a matter • conformity with fact or reality; verity • A verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like • The state or character of being true • Actuality or actual experience. • How do we know what is true? • Can one thing be truer than another? • Can truth change over time? • What is truth to YOU? • Can your truth be different than someone else's?

4. Heroes he·roes [heer-ohs]  noun, plural  Persons of distinguished courage or ability, admired for their brave deeds and noble qualities. Persons who, in the opinion of others, have heroic qualities or have performed heroic acts and are thus regarded as models of behavior or personhood.

5. HEROS: How do you know someone is a hero? Will a heroic person always behave like a hero? Can one hero be more heroic than another?
