Salient Features Awareness & mobilization of target group for the proposed intervention Training on relevant trades with latest technological inputs Employment oriented training : Curriculum catering to employer’s requirement Competency based Curriculum & Instructional material is Hindi language whereas medium of delivery is mixed (Hindi & English) Soft skills (as communication skills, personality development etc.) are in-built component of training Continuous monitoring & evaluation of the participant’s performance and feed back for improvement 90 % Placement to trained candidates assuring sustainable employment

PROJECT DETAILS • Total no. of beneficiaries - 10,000 • Training Programme duration - 2 months • Project Duration - 2 yrs. Approx.
Target Beneficiary • Entry Criteria • Age : 18 to 35 years • Qualification : Minimum 8th standard • Preference to weaker section of the society • 50 % SC / ST candidates • 15 % Minorities candidates • Maximum inclusion of female candidates
Methodology of selection • Awareness & Counseling session • Interest in the Trade • Family background in interested trade • Awarenessabout new job opportunities • Personal Interview
Assessment & Certification Assessment is done through a well designed assessment system. Certification is by training partners as well as option for certification by NCVT under MES Scheme of DGE&T, Govt. of India.
