SC B1 Website Post Launch - webmaster responsible of the content integration and validation, - on line training provided by Kaliop for each SC webmasters April. This Web training (4 hours) will give each webmaster an overview of the collaborative/Member area and eZ Publish editing tools (front and back office). - necessity to have a good documentation, to help SCs and prepare WGs!
The SCs necessary involvment - visibility and access rights on SC and WG pages: President / Secretary / Webmaster - maintaining the proper functionningof aSC website, management of content: Webmaster The Webmaster will also be responsible of adding/updating/deleting members and listings: - the Study Committee Members - the Study Committee "key contacts“ listing - the Study Committee Working Groups - the Study Committee Working Groups Members These updated information will be automatically transferred to the TC area and to the CO site (it should solve a difficult question!) The SC webmaster will coordinate the WG webmasters training and assistance. After launch: Webmaster support: Please report any bugs you might encounter, or missing access to the SC webmaster on the “contact” page along with a description of what is missing, as clearly as you can provide it. For any further technical assistance, the Central Officer will only consider SC webmasters queries. Webmaster will report incidents at loginissues@cigre.org through the contact form. For organizational reason, the Central Office will be the only interface between SC Webmasters and the Web provider, Kaliop, which will work in fixing bugs, status adjustments, and other issues as soon as possible. Any request for website evolutions must be sent by the SC webmaster to the General Secretary
