Tri-service Workflow (TSWF) Templates. How to add to your AHLTA favorites. Step 1: Open up AHLTA and Click on “Tools”. Step 2: Click on “Template Management”. Step 3: Click on “Expanded Search”. Step 4: Select “Enterprise” in “Owner Type” drop-down menu.

  1. Tri-service Workflow (TSWF) Templates How to add to your AHLTA favorites

  2. Step 1: Open up AHLTA and Click on “Tools”

  3. Step 2: Click on “Template Management”

  4. Step 3: Click on “Expanded Search”

  5. Step 4: Select “Enterprise” in “Owner Type” drop-down menu

  6. Step 5: Type “TSWF” in “Template Name” box Step 6: Click “Search”

  7. Step 6: Search Results appear at bottom of Template Management Window. There are 4 Peds-specific templates.

  8. Step 7: Right-click on each TSWF Peds template Step 8: Select “Add Favorite”

  9. Step 9: Open the S/O section for your patient. The TSWF templates will appear in your “favorites” drop-down menu.

  10. Congratulations! You have successfully added TSWF Templates to your Favorites. Now let’s take a look at what we’re getting . . .
