Other countries continued to order heavily, over 200 MT, which resulted in a 200% improvement in the outlook for wheat farming. Increased demand by Eastern European countries also contributed to this improved outlook. Banking on this improved scenario, industry experts advised farmers to focus their efforts towards wheat farming in the near future. Farmers are also expected to apply for low-cost funding, adopt improved farming methods and buy new machineries.
